Shipping, Handling and RMA Procedure


We deliver to England, Wales, and most of the Scottish mainland,
The standard hours of delivery are between 09.00 and 1800.


We are unable to offer a delivery service to the area deemed ‘The Highlands’ by our courier services, the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. We do offer a collection service for these areas – so you may arrange your own courier.
Please contact us before ordering any items.

Delivery Schedule


We do not ship goods to third party address we will normally send your order to you in 14 business days. UK deliveries are dispatched by courier and are usually delivered the day following dispatch.


For International orders we only Bank TT Payments received in less than 15 working days.




Deliveries only take place between Monday - Friday 9am -6pm.

Excluding all bank holidays and weekends.

All deliveries must be delivered to the address specified when placing your order.   

We do not allow our couriers to leave item without a signature.



All items must be signed for.



Reporting A Fault or Damage Using RMA


In the unlikely event of your product arriving damaged, or developing a fault while you're using it, we would require you to fill in one of our RMA forms.

We use these form to determine how the damage has occurred and the best way to resolve the issue with minimum fuss and inconvenience to you.
We also use these forms to collect data on faults so we can improve our procedures and customer service. 

Remember, filling this form in does not mean you need to return your goods, it just means we can analyse the situation and find the best way forward. 


RMA Returns Policy




Items Can Only Be Returned As Per The Terms And Conditions Of The Premier Range Web Site.

Please also note that we may require photographic evidence of any physical damage to a product before we will issue an RMA number.

Please submit an RMA request form, then use the feedback form for your RMA request to attach images to your request.

We suggest you take photographs as soon as possible, for example before packing the product back into its packaging.

We would recommend that you Check your Item within 24 hours of receipt against Damage in Transit, and report any or all discrepancies
Failure to report this to us within this time frame may void any claim that we will file with the courier company.

You can report this to us by Telephone, Fax or Email.Please note that this does not effect your Statutory Rights Under The Sales Of Goods Act 1979.

In order to better serve you and centralise our handling of this issue, we manage all RMA details via our online RMA interface. To give us feedback on this RMA request, you must use our RMA Response Form. The URL will be issued to you on submission of this form. We will not respond to any other forms of correspondence on this issue.
