Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the Products page, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for details that we need to be able to fulfill the order.
We accept credit card payment also pay pal payments. At present we can only accept payment in Sterling. If your credit card statements are in a different currency, you may place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to the currency of your card.
We accept Maestro / Switch, sole Visa and MasterCard.
If you do not wish to use the on-line payment facility you may advise your credit card information by phone, fax, we recommend that these details are NOT advised by unsecured e-mail over the Internet.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

You can now place an order online and pay by Bank Transfer.
This is for Overseas Buyers and People who would like to pay by Bank Transfer.
You can now order your goods Online and have them shipped to a Third Party Address when paying with Bank Transfer only please follow the check out procedure and tick the Bank Transfer.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the estimated delivery date and given option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
The value of orders for delivery to the UK include 20% VAT. Prices (and shipping surcharges) for delivery to destinations outside the VAT zone are net and do not include any local import duties and taxes which might be payable before customs authorities release the goods for final delivery.

In the highly unlikely event your item that we have made especially for you, reaches you with an imperfection or minor QC fail, we will endeavour to expedite your replacement/s order. Please note, once we have initiated the production of you order (original or subsequent) it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We will resolve the situation by replacing the items, not refunding.
Our products are covered by a 12 Mths warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or product abuse by the consumer.
Note Removal of the plug will VOID any warranty on your item please point this out to the company or person fitting the item.

Deliveries only take place between Monday - Friday 9am -6pm.
Excluding all bank holidays and weekends.
All deliveries must be delivered to the address specified when placing your order.
We do not allow our couriers to leave item without a signature.
All items must be signed for.
Damage in Transit
We would recommend that you Check your Item within 24 hours of receipt against Damage in Transit, and report any or all discrepancies.
Failure to report this to us within this time frame, may void any claim that we will file with the courier company.
You can report this to us by Telephone,Fax or Email. Any claim filed after the 24 hours will be look at on a case by case basis.
