Covid-19 Statement

Here at Premier Range the health and safety of our team and customers is paramount.  Therefore our showroom is currently closed until further notice, however, our online sales are unaffected.

Operating from our factory in Todmorden we've added 3 additional levels of sanitisation, cleaning and protection to ensure our 24 locally employed team members are protected, and all our products will reach you risk-free. 

This means we can still offer great glass items, at the same great prices. 

We're taking care of our people, so they can take care of you. Last week we put in place appropriate actions and protocols to ensure everyone at Premier Range is protected, over and above all guidelines issued by the government, so that we can continue to operate at maximum safety and efficiency over the next few months.

We have already put in place additional precautions to ensure that hygiene is maximised, including sanitisation of work areas, splitting shifts and isolating different areas to mitigate any risk. Anybody who feels even slightly off their game will be sent home to self-isolate.

We have also implemented home working for our office staff.

We are well prepared for what's happening.

As more of you will be at home, we know that it’ll be time for projects and sorting out that room that’s been annoying you for ages.


We are also being honest in the time scales we can achieve during this very challenging time. 

Bespoke items are now subject to a 21 - 28 day lead time, excluding weekends and bank holidays. The glass has to be cut, toughened and polished at our off site facility before returning to the factory for printing. As I’m sure everyone can appreciate, this is very challenging at this time. 

Standard glass is a little quicker at 7 - 10 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. They are already cut but may need toughening and polishing so have the same challenges as bespoke in terms of moving them about. 

Customers will be asked to acknowledge these lead times before paying and be aware that these times can be subject to change. We have no control over delays in the supply chain and this can sometime effect us. Once an order is made, as all our items are bespoke, there is no right of return or refund under any circumstances. 

So, please take this into consideration when ordering. 

Our drivers are trained in the following policy; 

Knock on door Move back 2 meters 

Wait for an answer and ask for a name. 

Once confirmed, your delivery will be placed on your doorstep or at a place of your choosing. 

They will then retreat to their vehicle. 

This means there's zero risk when accepting your products.
